How to Make a Payment

Getting Started

Rentroom makes it extremely easy to make payments on a monthly basis to your landlord or property manager. Once you've added a bank account, your payment can be made with 1 tap!

Tap "Send Rent Payment" from the payments screen

• You'll see a "receipt" with your rent charges, any fees that the landlord has applied (pet fee, parking fee, late fee), etc. 
• Once you have verified the charges, select "Confirm & Pay" 
  • The money will be on the way to your landlord or property manager!

Common Errors

1. You are receiving an error, because you have not confirmed or verified micro deposit amounts.
2. You account has insufficient funds or the bank account no longer exists
3. There was a network connectivity problem
