Getting Started
User's of Rentroom can send maintenance requests directly to their landlord and enter into a instant dialogue to more quickly resolve problems at your home or apartment. It is very easy to create a new ticket.
- Visit the maintenance screen
- Select the category that is most applicable to your request - if you do not see an appropriate category, select "General"
- Enter ticket information:
- Enter a description
- Add a photo (not required)
- Give permission to access the apartment/home while you are not there
- Select "Submit"
- You will enter a chat with the landlord and/or the maintenance team at the property
